At Solara, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we want to make sure you have all the information you need regarding our return policy. We believe in transparency and want you to feel confident in your purchases.
Phone Cases
For our custom-made phone cases, please note that these items are made to order. Once your order has entered production, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns. Please double-check your selection before completing your purchase to ensure you receive the perfect case for your needs.
Phone cases that arrived damaged must be returned in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery to receive an exchange.
Popsockets
When it comes to our Popsockets, we offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the Popsocket is in its original condition and packaging. The adhesive on the back must be untouched, as tampering with it will void the return eligibility.
Apparel and Accessories
For any apparel or accessory purchases, we also have a 30-day return policy in place. This applies specifically to items that are misprinted or damaged upon arrival. This does not cover any wrong size or change-of-heart orders. Please keep in mind that the 30-day window for returns starts from the time of fulfillment, not from the time of delivery.
